GONG BATH with OM YOGA
Steph Healy is the No 1 Sound Practitioner in North Wales and we are very thrilled to host her at Providero once a month. All you have to do is bring enough pillows and blankets to be able to lie down (or sit if you prefer) comfortably for an hour or so.
Steph will take you through a mindfulness exercise to allow the body to wind down and be receptive to the sound bath, she will then begin with Singing Bowls and then slowly introduce the resonant sound of the Gongs.

A Friday night class intended for deep release! Explore your way into your body through this sweet and surrendering practice. We work slowly and gently with the muscles to find sensation within the deep connective tissues – the Fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. A lovely antidote to the end of a busy week. The aim is to completely relax to help the body reach a deeper stretch, and allow the mind to switch off. GONG BATH with OM YOGA
Steph Healy is the No 1 Sound Practitioner in North Wales and we are very thrilled to host her at Providero once a month. All you have to do is bring enough pillows and blankets to be able to lie down (or sit if you prefer) comfortably for an hour or so.
Steph will take you through a mindfulness exercise to allow the body to wind down and be receptive to the sound bath, she will then begin with Singing Bowls and then slowly introduce the resonant sound of the Gongs.

A Friday night class intended for deep release! Explore your way into your body through this sweet and surrendering practice. We work slowly and gently with the muscles to find sensation within the deep connective tissues – the Fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. A lovely antidote to the end of a busy week. The aim is to completely relax to help the body reach a deeper stretch, and allow the mind to switch off. So get yourself as cosy as possible, wear loose clothing- hoodies, fluffy socks, pj's.... whatever you like. This will be a class accessible for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will massively improve your flexibility and mobility without a lot of movement around the mat = pure heaven!

GONG BATH with OM YOGA
Steph Healy is the No 1 Sound Practitioner in North Wales and we are very thrilled to host her at Providero once a month. All you have to do is bring enough pillows and blankets to be able to lie down (or sit if you prefer) comfortably for an hour or so.
Steph will take you through a mindfulness exercise to allow the body to wind down and be receptive to the sound bath, she will then begin with Singing Bowls and then slowly introduce the resonant sound of the Gongs.

GONG BATH with OM YOGA
Steph Healy is the No 1 Sound Practitioner in North Wales and we are very thrilled to host her at Providero once a month. All you have to do is bring enough pillows and blankets to be able to lie down (or sit if you prefer) comfortably for an hour or so.
Steph will take you through a mindfulness exercise to allow the body to wind down and be receptive to the sound bath, she will then begin with Singing Bowls and then slowly introduce the resonant sound of the Gongs.

SILVERSMITHING RINGS WORKSHOP with NOCTUA JEWELLERY
When are the workshops: There are workshops running at 12:00 and 15:00.
What’s included: All of the materials & tuition needed to make either two stacking rings or a chunky textured ring.
Difficulty level: Complete beginner
Duration: 2.5hrs approximately

DYNAMIC VINYASA with AYLA YOGA
A faster paced and stronger class, guiding you through a dynamic flow of postures. With the aim to bring more heat and energy to the body, an opportunity to move around your mat for the joy of movement. We'll focus on strength and flexibility, and you'll leave feeling relaxed and balanced. Great for intermediate and advanced yogis.
There are currently only 18 spaces available a week so booking is essential.
What to bring: yoga mat, bottle of water, blanket (for savasana/ relaxation) - all other equipment will be provided.
SLOW FLOW with AYLA YOGA
A gentle sequence of postures, flowing with ease and grace. Great for beginners or people wanting a more mellow class, allowing us to slow down and explore postures. This class builds strength & flexibility to detoxify and purify the body, whilst calming the mind. Finishing off with a soothing gentle wind down leaving you feeling radiantly relaxed with a sense of inner peace and serenity.

YIN with AYLA YOGA
A Friday night class intended for deep release! Explore your way into your body through this sweet and surrendering practice. We work slowly and gently with the muscles to find sensation within the deep connective tissues – the Fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. A lovely antidote to the end of a busy week. The aim is to completely relax to help the body reach a deeper stretch, and allow the mind to switch off. So get yourself as cosy as possible, wear loose clothing- hoodies, fluffy socks, pj's.... whatever you like. This will be a class accessible for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will massively improve your flexibility and mobility without a lot of movement around the mat = pure heaven!

BARRE with AYLA YOGA
What you can expect is that BarreConcept is a ballet barre conditioning workout like no other. BarreConcept is a creative 60 minute workout, which combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of Yoga and the grace and technique of Ballet. Add to this the strength from sports conditioning and you have all the elements of a typical BarreConcept session - pretty, pacey and powerful.
The efficient use of body weight exercises delivers a dynamic toning class. Sculpt and shape without bulking in this classic style.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class.
