This is the perfect lunch-time yoga class. Slower paced, perfect to help stretch out all the muscles after a busy morning/ week, and wind down with a lovely meditation and relaxation at the end (savasana). This will be a class accessible for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners.
There are currently only 18 spaces available a week so please booking is essential.
What to bring: yoga mat, bottle of water, blanket (for savasana/ relaxation) - all other equipment will be provided.
