YIN YOGA

A Friday night class intended for deep release! Explore your way into your body through this sweet and surrendering practice. We work slowly and gently with the muscles to find sensation within the deep connective tissues – the Fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. A lovely antidote to the end of a busy week. The aim is to completely relax to help the body reach a deeper stretch, and allow the mind to switch off. So get yourself as cosy as possible, wear loose clothing- hoodies, fluffy socks, pj's.... whatever you like. This will be a class accessible for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will massively improve your flexibility and mobility without a lot of movement around the mat = pure heaven! There are currently only 18 spaces available a week. So please book your space early to avoid disappointment. What to bring: - Yoga mat - Bottle of water - Blanket (for savasana/ relaxation) - Pillow/ bolster - All other equipment will be provided
