SLOW FLOW with AYLA YOGA
A YOGA CLASS PERFECT FOR IMPROVING ALIGNMENT AND THE FOUNDATION OF YOUR YOGA PRACTICE.
This practice is perfect for those wanting to improve the foundations of the yoga poses, and to maintain a strong + steady practice whilst moving slowly with flow from pose to pose.
This session is suitable for complete beginners + is the perfect introduction to the vinyasa practice.
We start each practice sweet + slow, then work our way to build some heat - ending in a dreamy savasana to leave you floating out of the studio.

YIN YOGA with AYLA YOGA
A GENTLE, RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA FLOW.
Postures are held between 2 - 7 minutes, working deeply into the tissues of your body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using the extended length of time in each pose to release blockages in our meridians (energy lines throughout the body) and explore the challenge of physical & mental stillness in each pose. This class is great for all levels and especially good to balance out our busy, fast-paced Western lives! You'll explore your way into your body through this sweet and surrendering practice. The aim is to completely relax to help the body reach a deeper stretch, and allow the mind to switch off. This will be a class accessible for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will massively improve your flexibility and mobility without a lot of movement around the mat.

LINE DANCING with PAULA-BETH SCHOOL OF DANCE

Our Line Dance Classes consist of easy beginner level dances done to modern upbeat music. Also included are some classic vintage stroll dances. Ideal for those without a partner or who prefer to dance on their own. Nothing too strenuous or choreography heavy.
