Barre is a creative 60 minute workout, which combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of Yoga and the grace and technique of Ballet. Add to this the strength from sports conditioning and you have all the elements of a Barre session. Most importantly, barre feels elegant and fun. Sculpt and shape in this classic style.
Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome! *you will need a basic fitness level and please take into consideration that Barre is not ideal for people with knee/ ankle issues.

A GENTLE, RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA FLOW
Postures are held between 2 - 7 minutes, working deeply into the tissues of your body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using the extended length of time in each pose to release blockages in our meridians (energy lines throughout the body) and explore the challenge of physical & mental stillness in each pose. This class is great for all levels and especially good to balance out our busy, fast-paced Western lives! You'll explore your way into your body through this sweet and surrendering practice. The aim is to completely relax to help the body reach a deeper stretch, and allow the mind to switch off. This will be a class accessible for complete beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will massively improve your flexibility and mobility without a lot of movement around the mat.

      GONG BATH with OM YOGA
Steph Healy is the No 1 Sound Practitioner in North Wales and we are very thrilled to host her at Providero once a month. All you have to do is bring enough pillows and blankets to be able to lie down (or sit if you prefer) comfortably for an hour or so.
Steph will take you through a mindfulness exercise to allow the body to wind down and be receptive to the sound bath, she will then begin with Singing Bowls and then slowly introduce the resonant sound of the Gongs.

Our dance courses run in blocks of 4 weeks. We learn the basics and build on moves and figures as the weeks go on.

      BARISTA WORKSHOP
LEARN HOW TO POUR COFFEE LIKE A BARISTA AT OUR BARISTA WORKSHOPS
Our small group barista workshops will provide you with all of the basic skills and knowledge needed in order to be able to brew and pour barista style coffees. These sessions are perfect if you’re looking to upgrade your home brewing, want to sharpen your professional skills or just want a fun, coffee filled afternoon with like minded folks.
The session begins with some coffee theory to get you started which is then followed up with a hands on session with a Prov barista learning how to use our brand new espresso machine. From the origins of the coffee beans to pouring perfect latte art, we aim to cover all aspects of barista skills. Your Prov barista will also be on-hand to answer all of your questions throughout the session.
Additionally, tea and coffee will be available throughout the session and you will be provided with a info booklet which is yours to keep. Your ticket also includes 1 x 250g bag of Heartland Coffee Roasters coffee beans to take home with you which we can grind in-house to suit your home brewing method of choice.

THE UK HOUSING CRISS: CAUSES, CONSEQUENCES AND POLICY RESPONSES.
This FREE taster session examines the UK housing crisis and its historical causes. The crisis is characterised by a persistent mismatch between housing supply and demand, resulting in widespread affordability issues across various types of tenure. Structural factors such as land-use regulation, the financialisation of housing, and decades of underinvestment in social housing have deepened inequalities in access to secure and adequate accommodation. Rising house prices and rents have disproportionately affected younger generations, low-income households, and marginalised communities, leading to increased levels of homelessness and housing insecurity. Policy responses have often focused on market-based solutions, like Help to Buy and deregulation, which critics argue have failed to address the root causes of the crisis. To fully understand the UK housing crisis, a multidisciplinary approach is essential, considering economic, social, and political factors, as well as comparative insights from international housing systems.
SESSION OBJECTIVES

This practice is perfect for those wanting to improve the foundations of the yoga poses, and to maintain a strong + steady practice whilst moving slowly with flow from pose to pose.
This session is suitable for complete beginners + is the perfect introduction to the vinyasa practice.
We start each practice sweet + slow, then work our way to build some heat - ending in a dreamy savasana to leave you floating out of the studio.

Our dance courses run in blocks of 4 weeks. We learn the basics and build on moves and figures as the weeks go on.
In these beginner sessions you will learn Latin, Ballroom and some popular Sequence dances. We explore leading and following to help you get the most from your dancing.
