I’m creating a gentle monthly space for late-discovered neurodivergent women, AFAB people & non-binary folk who want connection without pressure.
A place to unmask, breathe, and just be — with validation, community, shared experience, and no need to explain your sensory needs.
We’ll explore themes like identity, burnout, masking, and self-understanding, with optional grounding practices and creative reflection.
No diagnosis needed — self-identification is valid.
