Join Myfanwy for a hands-on jewellery making experience where you'll design and carve your own unique necklace pendant in wax, ready to be cast in recycled silver using the ancient method of lost wax casting.
Come prepared with ideas, or simply come curious. Either way, you'll receive a one-of-a-kind Silver necklace 3-4 weeks after the session.
Perfect for complete beginners and those with some jewellery experience looking to expand their skills
What to Expect
Start with 3 Wax Pendant Shapes of your choice - Circle, Oval or Square.
Learn to file, carve, texture, imprint, and shape your design
Personal guidance from Myfanwy throughout the session
Design ideas and sample pieces will be available for inspiration
Bring your own small objects for wax imprinting if you’d like a unique texture!
Included in the Ticket
One necklace pendant on a trace or curb chain (chain chosen on the day)
All tools and materials provided
Your piece will be cast in Silver, polished, and posted out to you within 3–4 weeks
Optional Upgrades
If you carve more than one pendant, an option to cast more than one pendant is available
Larger wax pendant shapes available for more ambitious designs (charged on the day)
Gold plating, stone setting, and other add-ons on offer (additional fees and delivery time apply)

No open-toed shoes; long hair must be tied back
Avoid loose sleeves – small flames may be used
Bring glasses if needed for detailed work
