This morning yoga class is a faster paced class, guiding you through a dynamic flow of postures to feel energised and uplifted. Great for body and mind with the aim to bring more heat and energy to the body, an opportunity to move around your mat for the joy of movement. We'll focus on strength and flexibility, and you'll leave feeling relaxed and balanced. The class is suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis. There are currently only 18 spaces available a week. So please book your space early to avoid disappointment. Booking essential. What to bring: - Yoga mat - Bottle of water - Blanket (for savasana/ relaxation) - All other equipment will be provided
