HATHA YOGA

This morning yoga class is the perfect Sunday morning wake up. A gentle sequence of postures, flowing with grace and ease. The class will enable you to feel energised and uplifted. Great for body and mind. Great for beginners or people wanting a more mellow, flowing class. This class builds strength & flexibility to detoxify and purify the body, whilst calming the mind. Finishing off with a soothing gentle wind down leaving you feeling radiantly relaxed with a sense of inner peace and serenity. There are currently only 18 spaces available a week. So please book your space early to avoid disappointment. Booking essential. What to bring: - Yoga mat - Bottle of water - Blanket (for savasana/ relaxation) - All other equipment will be provided
