HATHA YOGA

A gentle sequence of postures, flowing with ease and grace. Great for beginners or people wanting a more mellow class, allowing us to slow down and explore postures. This class builds strength & flexibility to detoxify and purify the body, whilst calming the mind. Finishing off with a soothing gentle wind down leaving you feeling radiantly relaxed with a sense of inner peace and serenity. There are currently only 18 spaces available a week. So please book your space early to avoid disappointment. Booking essential. What to bring: - Yoga mat - Bottle of water - Blanket (for savasana/ relaxation) - All other equipment will be provided
