Here at Prov, we have a diverse, friendly and passionate team. Some of us have been here since there was just one Prov to speak of, while others have only been here a short while - yet everyone adds their own vibrant personality and unique outlook to the brew!

WHO ARE WE?

This is our third “Meet the Team” instalment, where we get to tell you a bit about ourselves a few team members at a time.

We also want to say goodbye to Lauren who is fulfilling her dreams and moving to the States with her husband - congrats and good luck!

Also, a “see you soon” to Zan, who’s been with Prov on and off for years! Good Luck - I’m sure we’ll see you as a customer all the time :)

Katie

Hi Katie, who are you?

One of the team recently described me as the Sporty Spice of Prov!

What’s your go-to drink?

Definitely a Caramael Latte! (but you can usually find Katie by following the trail of lipstick stained straws in water glasses left around the place)

What motivates you to go to the gym at the end of a long shift?

It’s all about discipline and making it a habit. I look forward to it and it’s great stress relief!

Leah

Hi Leah, who are you?

I’m Leah and I’m Leah-ving Prov very soon to work in Australia!

What’s your go-to drink?

Coconut Vanilla Latte (yeah thanks for picking the most annoying one)

You’re all about the traveller lifestyle: what are your next three destinations?

Australia, NZ and Fiji!

Although I haven’t been here in Prov that long, I’ve made friends for life! Working with you guys has been a blast!
